Alex got her very first haircut this past Saturday by my long-time stylist Kelli (can't believe she's been doing my hair for more than 17 years). Alex was so excited, and thoroughly enjoyed the whole process. Her favorite parts were getting to wear a Dora the Explorer cape, being pumped up in the chair, and having pixie dust (gold glitter) sprinkled in her hair when she was all done.
But the best part is, her sweet little curls definitely have been given new life....can you say boing!

Kelli is so good with kids. How cute she was. Sure wish I had those curls. She is just too cute, but of course I'm a little prejudice as she is my oldest granddaughter.
